At least another billion people are likely to join the human ranks in the next thirty years. How will we feed these extra people in a way that doesn’t damage the environment? Below the surface of the food problems is churn, change, and innovation. This is the story of a dynamic food system. There is a new breed of farmer, scientist, and food consumer improving food and agriculture, and, in this talk, Lusk will uncover how they are solving the biggest food problems of our times.
