The Administration Section of the Institute is located on the 2nd Floor of the Administrative building. It handles all the official matters related to the regular and contractual employees, pensioners and commercial establishments of the Institute. The major activities of this unit includes service matters, estate, pension, insurance and loans & advances.
The Administration section is divided into various Admin sections which administer separate functions related to regular and other faculty, regular staff related to Library, Technical, Health services, Canteen, Hospital, etc., contractual staff such as security agency, cabs, etc., quarters and establishment on the campus, services such as insurance, pension, loans, etc.
There is a separate portal which provides details of the activities of the Administration Section and also provides the latest circulars and orders issued both Institute and other relevant Statutory Authorities.
