प्रतिष्ठित पूर्व छात्र पुरस्कार

The Distinguished Alumnus Award (DAA) is the highest award given by IIT Madras to its alumni in recognition of their achievements in their respective field of expertise. The Office of the Alumni Relations receives nominations under specific categories for the Distinguished Alumnus Awards and the selection is made by a committee appointed by the Director. Around 8 to 10 alumni are selected for the awards each year.

The awards are presented annually on the Institute Day. Here is the list of awardees since the inception of the awards in 1996.
