OVERVIEW

PROXiMATE, a mutant protein-protein interaction kinetics and thermodynamics database, contains thermodynamic data for mutant protein heterodimer complexes collected from literature and previously published databases. Currently, we have data for more than 6000 mutations in more than 160 heterodimer complexes with functional classification, linked to protein interaction network data from STRING as well as secondary structure assignments and relative accessibility data using DSSP.

Users can search for a specific protein, a PDB ID, a range of ΔΔG values, a specific mutation in any complex, or for data from a specific experimental technique.
