For DNA we have considered 16 Physico-chemical properties (Enthalpy, Entropy, Melting Temperature, Probability contacting nucleosome core, Free energy, Stacking energy etc.), which we collected from diPropDB1.

Conformational properties:

For Conformational properties of DNA, we collected 18 non-redundent properties from DiPropDB1 (Bend, Inclination, Major Groove Depth, Major Groove Distance, Major Groove Size, Major Groove Width, Minor Groove Depth, rise, shift, Slide, Roll, Tilt, Twist, etc.)

Nucleotide content:

We computed Adenine content, Cytosine content, GC content, Guanine content, Keto (GT) content, Purine (AG) content, Pyrimidine (CT), Thymine content using DNA sequence.
