I. Search for Deletion mutations in ATP Binding proteins.
Step 1: Go to the search page.

In 'SEARCH OPTIONS' you can enter keywords and /or choose keywords form the drop down menu.
Here, you can enter a keyword and proceed with search. If you don't want to give any keywords, then, choosing at least one from the drop down menus becomes mandatory.
In 'DISPLAY OPTIONS' you can choose the output options or leave the default options as such.
Step 2: Enter 'ATP Binding' in Function and select 'Deletion' in Mutation type. Then, click 'Search'.

Step 3: Search Results.

The results page will show the number of records found. By default the screen shows only the first 20 results. (If you need more results per page, you can set that option in the search page itself). You can see the next 20 results by clicking the 'Next 20 results' button at the bottom (You can scroll down and see the 'Next' button).
This page also has the 'Click to download all the results' button, which is meant to download all your search results (See the next step).
Step 3 A (Optional): Downloading all the results.

When you click the 'Click to download all results' button, the above download link page will come.
In the download page, you can click the download link and save your results.
II. Search for other parameters like function, domain etc..
Follow the above steps and choose your parameters accordingly.
