OVERVIEW
Addem uses machine learning to predict whether double mutations are additive, i.e. the binding free energy of the double mutant complex is equal to the sum of the single mutant free energy binding values. The training and test datasets are sourced from PROXiMATE. Addem can predict whether a given pair of interface mutations are additive using the complex structure, with a minimum accuracy of 77%. Please check our Tutorial page to learn more about Addem, additivity of bindng affinity and for help on using the server. Thank you for visiting Addem. If you have any questions, please contact us.
