Overview

PDBparam is an online resource for computing several parameters from three dimensional structures of proteins.

The parameters are generally classified into different themes: 1. Identifcation of binding sites 2. Inter-residue interactions 3. Secondary structure propensities 4. Physicochemical properties

Users can calculate their desired parameters for a specific structure by providing the PDB code. For computing the parameters please click on COMPUTE
