Plaksha University is a collective philanthropic effort by a global group of 100+ business leaders and entrepreneurs and is envisioned as a Technology University of the future. Plaksha has been in the making for the last 5 years and commenced operations in Mohali, India in 2021. The vision has been guided by an Academic Advisory Board of distinguished academic leaders from MIT, Stanford, UC Berkeley, Harvard University among others, each of whom is deeply passionate about reimagining tech education globally. Plaksha’s aspiration is to have a transformative impact on India’s higher education landscape in the coming decade and to address the grand challenges that face our society.
