The Office of Naval Research Global (ONRG), as part of the US Navy’s Office of Naval Research, seeks to collaborate with researchers around the globe to coordinate and make available worldwide scientific data. To do this, ONRG has several programs to include Visiting Scientist Program, Collaborative Science Program, Research Grants, and Global-X which Dr. Tepaske will summarize in his talk.

Penn State University Applied Research Laboratory, a designated University Affiliated Research Center (UARC), serves as a center of research excellence for national security applications. ARL’s presentation will provide an overview and touch on their designated competencies of Communications, Information, Navigation; Materials and Manufacturing; Fluid Dynamics and Acoustics; and Undersea Systems.
