Geo Davis, Doctoral scholar (ME14D061), Department of Mechanical Engineering has won the 'Second Prize'  for his paper  entitled 'A Study on Thermoelastic Generation of Narrowband Ultrasonic Lamb Waves Using a Pattern Source'  in the International Student Poster Competition held as part of the 46th Annual Review of Progress in Quantitative Nondestructive Evaluation (QNDE 2019) held at Oregon, USA during July 13-18, 2019.

The paper was co-authored with Dr. Prabhu Rajagopal (Guide), Prof. Krishnan Balasubramaniam  (Co-Guide) and his Joint-PhD Guides from Swinburne University of Technology, Prof. Romesh Nagarajah  and Dr. Suresh Palanisamy.
