The following scholars of the Department of Electrical Engineering have won Best Presentation/Poster Prizes at the 4th IEEE International Conference on Emerging Electronics (IEEE ICEE 2018) held at Bangalore during December 16-19, 2018:
- Ananya Ghosh (EE16D009) on winning the Best Presentation Award in the MEMS/NEMS Track for her paper entitled "Silicon Nanoporous Membranes for Efficient Dialysis" co-authored with the project staff at the Centre for NEMS and Nanophotonics - Fidal V T & Sudeshna Sengupta, and her guide Prof. Enakshi Bhattacharya.
- Soumen Deb (EE14D036) on winning the Best Poster Award in the Modelling and Simulation Track for his paper entitled "TCAD Simulation Based Study of Effect of Gate Voltage and Barrier Layer Thickness on Off-state Breakdown Voltage of AlGaN/GaN HEMTs" co-authored with Prof. Amitava DasGupta and his guide .
- CH L N Pavan (EE13D038) on winning the Best Poster Award in the Reliability and Yield Track for his paper entitled "Extraction of Random Telegraph Noise (RTN) Time Constants and Amplitude in SiGe Channel pFETs" co-authored with Vivek Oza (EE17Z030), Dr. Anjan Chakravorty, his guide Dr. Deleep R. Nair et. al.
