Mammalian Mitochondrial ncRNA Database

Mammalian Mitochondrial ncRNA database (MMNDB) provides sequence and structure information of mammalian mitochondrial non-coding RNA. The server allows user to perform Basic Local Alignment Search against the mammalian ncRNA (mRNA, IRES, Intron-gp-1, 5.8S-rRNA, Intron-gp-2, tRNA, SSU-rRNA5, tmRNA, HACA-BOX, CD-BOX, RIBOSWITCH, SECIS, RIBOZYME, 5S-rRNA, MIRNA) to identify significant alignment patterns, if any, in their query sequence.
