The team consisting of Saida Naik Bhukya (AE10B060), Vinay Kottapalli (AE10B033), Venkata Ramana Makkapati (AE10B016) & Sreeja Reddy Manthena (NIT Nagpur) has been selected to the Round 2 of the Fly Your Ideas Global Student Competition. The theme of their project is Efficiency and Traffic Growth in the Aviation Industry and they are working on Arble Wings - Adjustable Wings for Parking.

Fly your Ideas Global Student Competition is a contest that is held every two years. There are three rounds, and each is judged by a panel of Airbus and industry experts. Five teams will be selected for Round 3 that will win a VIP trip to the final. The final will be held in Hamburg in June 2013 with the award ceremony at UNESCO in Paris. €30,000 will be awarded to the winning team and €15,000 will be awarded to the runners-up.
