Expert Member, 'Coastal Adaptation Study' by BCA Singapore
Prof. V. Sundar, Department of Ocean Engineering has been invited to serve as an Expert Member on the International Panel of Experts (IPE) for the study entitled ‘Coastal Adaptation Study’ (CAS) by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), Singapore, the leading agency for the effort to develop coastal protection strategies to meet the challenges posed by rising sea level brought about by climate change. The purpose of the IPE is to review and advise BCA on the study scope, approach and methodology, among other things.
