Description: Phenomenological models of momentum, heat, mass and charge transport? Curie Principle, Onsager reciprocal relations, Equations of change. Convective diffusion in liquids: diffusion and reaction kinetics, convective diffusion layers. Dispersion in laminar and turbulent flows, free convective diffusion layers. Microhydrodynamics of macromolecules and particles? Brownian motion, Viscosity of dilute suspensions, Sedimentation. Electrolyte flows, Electrokinetic phenomena, Flows with charged macromolecules and particles, Electrophoresis, Streaming and Sedimentation potential. Introduction to Interfacial phenomena: interfaces in motion, interfacial transport and dynamics interfaces.
