Who can apply?

Students, research scholars, post-doctorates and faculty members in areas of life sciences interested in the mentioned research topics are eligible to apply.

Best poster awards and travel fellowships will be awarded to selected participants. Participation certificate will be awarded to every participant.

How to apply ?

Step 1: Pay the appropriate registration fee via online electronic transfer or through Demand Draft. Required details for electronic transfer and demand draft are provided below.

Step 2: Download the registration form provided below, fill all the required details along with the online payment reference number/Demand draft number and email the filled registration form to iitmadras.tokyotech@gmail.com. Candidates opting to pay through Demand Draft should also mail the original demand draft and copy of registration form to the mailing address by post. Candidates interested in presenting poster should attach your abstract along with the registration form.

Candidates will be informed about the acceptance of their registration for participation/poster/oral presentation through e-mail. Incomplete registration forms will be rejected. The number of participants is limited to 150. Registration will be closed upon receiving 150 registrations and the same will be updated in website.
